My aim is to introduce a simplified system of Reiki Mastery by providing personalised attunements and courses to suit individual needs.

My belief is that this gentle and effective way of living and healing was meant to be accessible to all. This can be achieved by simplifying the process and ensuring that it is offered as inexpensively as possible.

What is Reiki?

Reiki (Ray Key) is a Japanese form of spiritual
healing which can ease stress, clear the mind and
restore clarity, relieve physical ailments and
provide comfort and peace in times of trouble. It is incredibly versatile and can be used to improve all areas of your life.

This remarkable healing energy has no time barriers and can move forward to
enhance future events or situations, or backwards to bring a greater understanding, acceptance and healing to past hurts. It is particularly beneficial when dealing with relationship issues and promotes positivity.

Reiki becomes a way of life.

What happens during a treatment?

To receive a treatment you can either sit or lie down remaining fully clothed
while hands are placed over or on your body. During the session the Reiki practitioner becomes a conduit through which the energy flows, creating a ‘healing space’ which can be used to restore balance.

Reiki is a non invasive, peaceful therapy which provides an oasis of calm.

Treatment cost Ł20 (1 hour session)

Reiki attunements

Reiki is open to anyone who wants to learn the art of healing. Attunements simply reintroduce you to an energy which already exists within you. Every level of instruction will include a comprehensive manual and a certificate.

Level 1; Level 2; Reiki Master. Each course costs Ł50

I am a teaching assistant at a local primary school with a passionate interest in inclusion and special needs provision. To this end I studied with the Open University and gained qualifications in Health and Social Care and Inclusion.

Over the years my holistic journey has taken me through courses in astrology, psychic awareness, massage techniques and angel magic. My interest in Reiki has spanned many years. Having first qualified as an Usui Reiki Master I then continued my studies in Chikara-Reiki-Do and Tibetan Reiki to Master level. I am keen to introduce as many people as possible to this wonderful way of life.

My current studies include Dr Bach Flower Remedies reaching practitioner level this year. I am also about to embark on further study in relaxation techniques.
